We welcomed the KSWP organization as part of their mobility on the theme of "Information Credibility in the Age of Fake News," under the Erasmus+ program, funded by the European Union. Here are the key topics covered during this training:
We are excited to announce the launch of our Erasmus+ activities as well as our new and exciting project, Capacité+.
Through these initiatives, we aim to enhance skills, broaden horizons, and promote the professionalism of our participants.
Our New Project: Capacité+ :
The Capacité+ project offers professional and cultural development opportunities. We are currently preparing several stimulating activities under this project, aimed at improving skills and encouraging the exchange of best practices between professionals from different countries.
The objectives of this project are multiple:
Strengthening staff competencies in informal and non-formal practices,
Accelerating our organization's digital transition by integrating digital innovations into our practices for greater inclusivity,
Discovering eco-friendly practices within European adult education organizations.
Upcoming Activities within the Capacité+ Project:
1. Training with a Guest Expert from Croatia
We are thrilled to welcome a renowned expert from Croatia, who has taught in Toronto, for a training session. This activity will allow participants to observe and learn innovative techniques and effective approaches. It’s a unique opportunity to benefit from the international expertise and diverse experience of our guest.
2. Job Shadowing in Malta
As part of our Erasmus+ program, we are organizing a job-shadowing experience in Malta. Participants will have the opportunity to explore educational methods, interact with local professionals, and immerse themselves in the rich culture of the island. This job shadowing aims to inspire and motivate participants by offering a fresh perspective on their professional practice.
