As part of our Erasmus+ Capacité Plus project, we had the opportunity to share our learnings with colleagues and partners during a seminar at the end of November. This event was also an opportunity to come together outside the professional setting, enjoy the mountains, and discuss the next steps of the Capacité+ project.
We explored strategies for incorporating non-formal education methods into our current practices, emphasizing learner-centered approaches and flexibility.
During the seminar, we conducted a workshop on the use of tools such as Genially and Trello to enhance interactivity and collaboration in our educational projects.
We also discussed strategies to make our programs more accessible to individuals with fewer opportunities, ensuring that our initiatives reach a diverse audience.
These moments of exchange and collective reflection strengthened our commitment and motivation for the next phases of the project.
