We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Erasmus+ project, Parcours RIC (Resilience, Inclusion and Citizenship Pathways).
Through this initiative, we aim to strengthen personal resilience, foster social inclusion, and promote active citizenship among vulnerable adult learners through a meaningful European mobility experience.

Our New Project: Parcours RIC
The Parcours RIC project offers vulnerable adult learners the opportunity to take part in a safe and enriching European mobility experience. By discovering new environments, cultures, and learning approaches, participants will build confidence, develop adaptability, and strengthen their sense of belonging within the European community.
The project will also enable our staff to enhance their skills in planning and supporting international mobility activities, ensuring high-quality learning opportunities for all participants.
The objectives of this project are:
Strengthen learners' resilience, self-confidence, and adaptability.
Promote European values and active citizenship.
Pilot a small-scale learner mobility within a safe and supportive framework.
Upcoming Activities within the Parcours RIC Project
1. Preparatory Visit
A preparatory visit will take place before the mobility to meet with the selected host organisations, coordinate the programme, and ensure that all educational, practical, and accessibility arrangements are in place.
2. Group Mobility for Adult Learners
Participants will take part in a group mobility in Malta, where they will engage in educational, cultural, and intercultural activities developed with local organisations. The programme will focus on resilience, inclusion, active citizenship, and sustainable practices while encouraging participants to broaden their perspectives and gain confidence through new experiences.
Why Participate?
Personal Growth: Develop resilience, confidence, and adaptability.
European Citizenship: Discover European values and strengthen civic engagement.
Cultural Exchange: Meet new people and experience another European culture.
Inclusive Learning: Take part in a supportive mobility designed for adult learners.

Expected Outcomes
The Parcours RIC project will help learners strengthen their resilience, self-confidence, and understanding of European values through an enriching international experience.
Our staff will further develop their organisational and pedagogical skills in learner mobility, while the methods tested during the project will be integrated into our future training activities, creating a lasting impact.
We look forward to sharing more information as the project develops.
Follow our journey as we create new opportunities for learning, inclusion, and European cooperation through Erasmus+.
